We will offer advice on how we can improve it to maximise your business efficiency. We will then send you a report of our recommendations and costings for your approval before we carry out any work. On completion of this work we will then give you details of our support packages which you can pay monthly by standing order for your convenience.
Data Recovery
We operate a data recovery service should you have had the misfortune of a hardware failure. We operate on a "no data no fee basis" please don't hesitate to contact us for a free quotation.
Support Packages
We believe that it is imperative that all our clients have a support package in place for the times when they experience difficulties. Our packages are designed to keep your business running smoothly and include regular maintenance intervals to keep down time to a minimum. Were possible we will carry out this maintenance remotely out of office hours thus keeping disruption to a minimum. These packages can be paid for by monthly standing order for your convenience.
